       We can step in at any phase of your product development:

 

  • Create 3-D models using SolidWorks software or review your design for tooling readiness and submit them to our  tooling partner companies for review.

  • Resolve technical issues and once designs are approved, arrange tool prototype fabrication, final tooling fabrication and first article submission for customer approval. 

  • Monitor tool fabrication process and completion schedules.

  • Arrange for transportation of the tooling anywhere in the world and complete all import/export documentation.

  • Supply component parts or complete assemblies produced either overseas or domestically.

The Integrated Power Technologies’ Quality Management System provides a mechanism for quality management throughout all areas and departments. The Quality Management System is designed to cover quality aspects which a facility can control and directly manage, and those it does not control or directly manage but can be expected to have an influence.

 Integrated Power Technologies has developed procedures to inspect, test and verify that incoming, in-process, and final products meet all specified requirements. These procedures also ensure that appropriate product inspection and testing records are developed and properly maintained. 

Our Test Support personnel have conducted testing including Test Fixture Setup, Vibration Testing, Environmental Testing, and EMI/EMC Testing for Safety of Flight sign off by the customer.
